Workshop Information

Home Stretch Workshop

All workshops are held on Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm at St. Catherine University located at 2004 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105. The cost is $35 per Household and is payable at the workshop. Cash or check are acceptable forms of payment. Certificates of Completion will be distributed following completion of the course.

Homebuyer Counseling

Pre-purchase home ownership counseling is available on request in the areas of: household budget development, credit repair, and mortgage affordability. There is no charge to participants. Completion of the Home Stretch course is not required.

Registration

To register for the Home Stretch class, just click on the registration tab on the upper left hand side of the webpage. That will take you to the registration page where you will be asked to submit your name, telephone number, email address, and date of the class you want to attend. You will also have the ability to request home ownership counseling in the specific area of your need.
